Trained for legal work.
Legal-specialist models trained on legal language and reasoning. A foundation for reading clauses in context, structuring arguments and analysing the relationships across a matter file.
LEGAL TRAINING IN THE MODELWe deliver legal-specialist AI models, train and fine-tune them locally for your practice, and build tools for your most demanding legal work. On hardware your firm controls.

Under your control.
Legal-specialist models trained on legal language and reasoning. A foundation for reading clauses in context, structuring arguments and analysing the relationships across a matter file.
LEGAL TRAINING IN THE MODELLocal training and fine-tuning with approved examples: your drafting conventions, clause drafting guidelines and preferred document structure. Tested against work your lawyers actually do.
YOUR STANDARDS. YOUR DRAFTING VOICE.Your current contracts, correspondence and document templates become a permission-aware source library. Retrieve the relevant passages, connect the evidence and inspect the sources behind a draft.
PRIVATE KNOWLEDGE, WITH A PAPER TRAILTraining gives the model its legal grounding. Your matter files give it the facts.
We agree which material may be used for fine-tuning. Retrieving a client document does not automatically make it training data.

Model selection, local fine-tuning and workflow development, delivered as one service. We start with one team and one agreed legal task in your firm’s own environment.
One team. One workflow. An evaluated pilot.
Before building, we agree the model, hardware, source access, integrations, support arrangements and acceptance criteria.
We select and install a model, then fine-tune it locally using examples your firm approves.
We connect the agreed documents and firm templates, with access defined for each user and matter.
We build a working tool for the chosen task, using your templates and your lawyers’ review steps.
We test with your lawyers and provide an evaluation report, team training and a user guide.
Agree one legal task, approved sources and success criteria with your lawyers and IT contact.
Agree hardware and source access, select and install the local model, and configure permissions.
Fine-tune the model using approved examples and build the selected workflow around your firm’s rules.
Your lawyers review sources, missed issues, draft quality and time spent against the agreed criteria.
Train the users, provide operating guidance and agree support arrangements and the next steps.
The findings determine whether we hand over, refine the pilot or stop. We make that decision together.
A lead lawyer and an IT contact to agree the scope, hardware, access and installation.
A recurring task, its jurisdiction and working languages, and examples of a useful result.
Representative documents, firm templates and drafting rules you may use. Fine-tuning examples require separate approval.
A small group of users to test the tool and assess its outputs against the criteria agreed for the pilot.
If the pilot meets your requirements, we agree a separate scope for wider rollout, additional workflows, updates and ongoing support.
We select a model with legal-domain training, then evaluate it against the language, document types and tasks in your chosen practice. Local fine-tuning can adapt it to approved drafting examples and guidelines. The specific model, training material and acceptance criteria are agreed for your pilot.
Only material you explicitly approve belongs in a fine-tuning dataset. A matter file can instead be retrieved as a source for a task, without being used to train the model. We scope training rights, document permissions, retention and access separately with your firm.
Your pilot defines the jurisdictions, working languages and approved source collections. Access to current law, case law and commentary depends on the material and licences available to your firm. Updates and source currency need an agreed process; legal training alone does not ensure that an answer reflects current law.
We review your document management system, matter structure and access controls during discovery. Integration depends on supported interfaces and permissions. We agree a focused source collection for the pilot before widening access.
Local operation gives your firm a way to control where the model and documents run. Confidentiality, privilege and compliance still depend on the full setup, people and policies. We scope access controls, logs, updates, backups, external connections and remote support with your requirements in mind.
Legal interpretation, strategy, client advice and final approval. The assistant prepares, connects and drafts. Your lawyers verify the sources, identify missing context and decide whether its output is fit for the matter. The pilot explicitly tests how the tool behaves when evidence is incomplete.
